Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or promotional bundles

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at [glowwgrove@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll sort it out right away—either with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
